This notice describes how personal data of users of https://ognistore.com (the "Site") is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

Data we collect

Data provided voluntarily: when you fill in the demo or contact form we collect your name, email, store URL, the revenue range you select and any message. This data is used exclusively to answer your request and, with your consent, for communications about the launch of the service.

Browsing data: our systems acquire, in the course of normal operation, some technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) necessary to provide the service and ensure security.

Payment data: payments on the Site are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Card data never passes through our servers.

Legal basis and purposes

Form data is processed on the basis of your consent and of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). Newsletter signup uses double opt-in: email confirmation is required to activate the subscription.

Measurement (Google Analytics 4) and marketing tools (Meta pixel) are only activated after consent given through the cookie banner; they are integrated with Google Consent Mode v2, which keeps them disabled until consent arrives, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Retention and recipients

Lead data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact. Data may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors: hosting (Vercel), database, transactional email (Resend), payments (Stripe).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights under articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) at any time by writing to info@ognistore.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
